My new EP "Learn." was written to help with boosting Alpha Waves which are known to help with studying, learning and generally feeling centered. When a person is in the alpha state (8–10 Hz) their body and mind are relaxed but the level of focus is maintained. The mission behind the Learn EP was to help students and people having to work from home feel less stressed and more open to learning people by taking these music meditation breaks during the day.
